骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)在人体组织和器官的再生过程中起着重要的作用.利用分子动力学模拟(MD)的方法探究BMP-2在带正电荷和负电荷的自组装单层膜(SAMs)上的吸附情况.SAMs是由分子CH3-(CH29-X组成,其末端官能团选择为SO3-和N(CH33+.模拟结果显示,尽管BMP-2带8个负电荷,在带负电和正电的表面都能被吸附.更有趣的是,发现蛋白的吸附强度还取决于BMP-2表面带电氨基酸的分布情况.此外,BMP-2吸附在正电荷表面后活性位点朝向表面,吸附在负电荷表面后活性位点朝向溶液.  相似文献

基于LAMOST光谱数据,选取一个太阳邻域F/G型主序星样本研究银河系厚盘恒星的轨道偏心率分布.厚盘星是基于空间位置和金属丰度[Fe/H]来证认,同时分析薄盘星的污染带来的影响.发现厚盘恒星轨道偏心率分布在低偏心率(约为0.2)处有一个峰值,而且向高偏心率延伸一个尾巴(到e~0.8).把得到的厚盘恒星偏心率分布与4个厚盘形成模型进行对比,发现此结果与富气体并合模型最为符合.  相似文献

英语构词法研究领域共有三种不同的研究范式,分别隶属于结构主义语言学、生成语法以及认知语言学方向。通过对不同语言学流派下的英语构词法研究进行梳理,分析其各自研究的特点,并讨论了其中的差异,认为其差异集中体现在是否重视构词法研究,系统性研究构词法是否以意义为标准,研究对象是可能的词还是已经存在的词,以及具体的研究内容等四个方面。  相似文献

This article explores the relative importance of different socio-demographic and practice-oriented factors that are related to proficiency in problem solving in technology-rich environments (PSTREs) and by extension may be related to complex problem solving (CPS). The empirical analysis focuses on the proficiency measurements of PSTRE made available by the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies, which is relevant for gaining insight on some of the factors related to CPS. The purpose was to examine the relationship between the broad information processing experience that individuals gather in different contexts over the lifespan, and the chances to develop problem-solving skills that adults receive in different socio-demographic profiles. Results reveal that socio-demographic factors such as age, education and immigration status as well as practice-oriented factors such as ICT use and reading practice at and outside work are strongly related to proficiency.  相似文献

This paper starts by exploring the relevance of Bernstein’s work on vertical and horizontal discourses and the constitution of professional knowledge for conceptualisation of the knowledge needed for teaching practice. Building on arguments for the differentiated nature of knowledge, and drawing on the work of Winch, Young and Muller on expertise, and the sociology of the professions, this paper advances a conception of teaching as a ‘specialised professional practice’ that requires the support of particular socio-epistemic arrangements and conditions embedded in professional communities. Prevalent notions of teaching and teacher education that find favour in some European countries are examined in the light of these arguments, with particular reference to recent reforms in England.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to assess the validity of accelerometers using force plates (i.e., ground reaction force (GRF)) during the performance of different tasks of daily physical activity in children. Thirteen children (10.1 (range 5.4–15.7) years, 3 girls) wore two accelerometers (ActiGraph GT3X+ (ACT), GENEA (GEN)) at the hip that provide raw acceleration signals at 100 Hz. Participants completed different tasks (walking, jogging, running, landings from boxes of different height, rope skipping, dancing) on a force plate. GRF was collected for one step per trial (10 trials) for ambulatory movements and for all landings (10 trials), rope skips and dance procedures. Accelerometer outputs as peak loading (g) per activity were averaged. ANOVA, correlation analyses and Bland–Altman plots were computed to determine validity of accelerometers using GRF. There was a main effect of task with increasing acceleration values in tasks with increasing locomotion speed and landing height (P < 0.001). Data from ACT and GEN correlated with GRF (r = 0.90 and 0.89, respectively) and between each other (r = 0.98), but both accelerometers consistently overestimated GRF. The new generation of accelerometer models that allow raw signal detection are reasonably accurate to measure impact loading of bone in children, although they systematically overestimate GRF.  相似文献

The establishment of new academic specialties is an intriguing research topic from a social history of science perspective. In this article we focus on the ‘scientific migration’ within the Higher Institute of Physical Education (HIPE) and the Faculty of Medicine at the State University in Ghent, Belgium. The HIPE was ‘attached’ to the Faculty of Medicine in 1908, a world first that led to an interesting triangular relationship between physical education, physiotherapy, and medicine. The physiatrists (physicians-physiotherapists) who were appointed at the HIPE had to struggle with inferior status with respect to their colleagues within the Faculty of Medicine itself. Territorial power struggles arose on several levels. In 1936, after the first generation of physicians-physiotherapists had retired, physiotherapy was integrated fully into the Faculty of Medicine, and radiology and cancer treatment – which had been considered subsectors of physiotherapy – became autonomous specialties. Physical education, however, retained its inferior academic status.  相似文献
